The members of SolTree Reign connected through the laws of lyrical, harmonical, and musical vibration. SolTree Reign was birthed through the acknowledged musical side of Mahlaynee Nicole, ten years ago. Another personality of hers that bloomed into this full-fledged band. They physically all came together at the end of 2021. Their sound is their individual musical experience, now closely bonded together, through their creative artistic collaborative. Their distinctive sound and message embodies love, resistance, truth, and what it's like to be fully exposed through this human experience called life.

SolTree Reign is a 7-piece band and the vocalist is Mahlaynee Nicole, the Founder/Manager of Speak Ya Peace NC. Their mission is to connect hearts, and minds through effective dialogue using artistic expression. The "SolTree" (seductive) sound comes through the creative musical prowess of O.C. Irie aka (Melvin Milbourne) Drummer, Les Britt our seasoned soulful rocking guitarist, Don Carlos (James Newkirk) Badd azz Bass player, Rico (Fredrico Santana) Rhythmic CongoKing & Lead Percussionist, Tricky Fingerzz (Marvin Fulton) get down on dem Keys and ScaleHamHawk da poet (Robert Bellamy) Kemetic wordsmith & percussionist.
