One of the Cape Fear Regions best songwriters, Mr. Phil Kelly, is coming back to Ted’s for an intimate, solo performance. This seasoned performer and storyteller’s music blends the genre lines between folk, rock, blues, and country. We are very excited to host this special afternoon of music!
