Bickleigh Bridge Quartet brings an original repertoire of hip, thoughtful and exciting, jazz infused compositions to Live at Ted’s, with music from composer and keyboardist Tim Oakes featured alongside a choice selection of covers from the likes of Marcus Miller, Al Jarreau and Donald Fagen.
Joining Tim will be the fabulous saxophony of Rich Zimmerman, the brilliant bassology of Patrick Pfeiffer and the shining cymbalism of Mike Knight. And the occasional liberty taken with the English language.
The Bickleigh Bridge album ‘Spirit of the Spaceduck’ (which at least two of the above made musical contributions to) was released in 2012.
