Wilmington NC based multi-instrumentalist one-man-band Justin Heter Pan performs original jam, surf, reggae, rock, folk and psychedelic funky music. Originally a drummer and percussionist with +20 years of performing, recording, and live performances with groups like Dubtown Cosmonauts, Dirty Dead, Sci Fi, The Everyone Orchestra, Electric Soul Pandemic and Selah Dubb, “Heter” also has pursued a solo career with two albums he personally produced and released in 2023 and 2026; Fun Knee Songs Four Committee Porpoises, a “musical comedy” themed album, and Various Conditions, a “western surf folk” themed album. He’s also an actor, entertainer, and music teacher!
